My school or district offers Pre-AP courses now. How will this affect us?

Pre-AP is a registered trademark of College Board and can only be used in relation to the official College Board Pre-AP courses. Now that Pre-AP is available for purchase nationally, a “Pre-AP” label may not be used in conjunction with courses that haven’t been designated as Pre-AP courses by College Board. We recognize that relabeling courses takes time, but we expect schools to act now to complete that process. All violating uses of “Pre-AP” must cease as soon as possible.
