Getting Started with Pre-AP Courses
Now that you’ve ordered Pre-AP courses for the upcoming school year, whether you’re new to the courses or not, take the following steps to support successful implementation in your school.
Get Access
- Sign in or create a College Board account. Follow the instructions in the Pre-AP Course Implementation Guide to create an account or sign in.
- Get access to Pre-AP Classroom. Follow the instructions based on your role to get access to Pre-AP Classroom. Review the chart below or see the Pre-AP Course Implementation Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Launch Your Course
- Complete professional learning. Understand the professional learning available to support educators planning and delivering Pre-AP instruction.
- Build your course. Find instructional planning supports in Pre-AP Classroom including an introduction to the frameworks, standards alignments, and instructional planning guides available for Pre-AP courses.
- Join the community. The Pre-AP teacher community is the perfect place to ask questions, get advice, and share ideas and resources with your fellow educators.
