Getting Started with Pre-AP Courses

Now that you’ve ordered Pre-AP courses for the upcoming school year, whether you’re new to the courses or not, take the following steps to support successful implementation in your school. 

Get Access

  1. Sign in or create a College Board account. Follow the instructions in the Pre-AP Course Implementation Guide to create an account or sign in.
  2. Get access to Pre-AP Classroom. Follow the instructions based on your role to get access to Pre-AP Classroom. Review the chart below or see the Pre-AP Course Implementation Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Launch Your Course

  1. Complete professional learning. Understand the professional learning available to support educators planning and delivering Pre-AP instruction.
  2. Build your course. Find instructional planning supports in Pre-AP Classroom including an introduction to the frameworks, standards alignments, and instructional planning guides available for Pre-AP courses.
  3. Join the community. The Pre-AP teacher community is the perfect place to ask questions, get advice, and share ideas and resources with your fellow educators.
