After placing your order for Pre-AP, there are three steps that you need to take as soon as possible.

  1. Complete Course Audit: Learn more about what teachers and course audit administrators need to do to complete this critical first step.
  2. Access Pre-AP Classroom: Learn how to do this using the Pre-AP Classroom Guide for Teachers, Pre-AP Classroom Guide for Students, and the Pre-AP Classroom section in the Pre-AP Coordinator Manual.
  3. Complete Professional Learning: Understand the professional learning available for teachers and leaders.

Communications post-order 

Immediately after the order is placed: The orderer, the principal, Pre-AP coordinator, and the Course Audit administrator will receive an email confirming that the order has been received. 

Three to five business days after the order is placed: The orderer, the principal, Pre-AP coordinator, and the Course Audit administrator will receive an email with all the access codes necessary to implement the Pre-AP program. 

Program Newsletters: The principal, the Pre-AP coordinator, and Pre-AP teachers will receive program newsletters on a regular basis (usually once or twice per month.) To ensure these emails are received, please allow "[email protected]” to deliver emails to your email inbox. You may also need to adjust your email communication preferences in your College Board account settings.
